I will be in Korea for 3 yrs starting this July and I, too, want to do something similar to this (via my sunglasses cam and other devices). I would also go to places per request of subscribers...completed with subtitles for my Korean dialogue.

I'm a jamaican girl, and i will go back to uni to study applied linguistics. i am so wanting to go to korea. i started learning the language, and have made some korean friends. i never knew there were other black people interested in korea.

@panterlink I didn't know much about Korea before I went to teach...but I learned so much while there...and have fallen in love with the country and the people.

Koreans are not nearly as racist as the media makes them out to be. In fact, I feel like Black people are very racist toward Asians in general. I was in Chinatown not too long ago and there were 3 black men walking down the street saying "Ching chong ching chong" and laughing about it. Does this mean all black people are racist? Of course not, you are a fine example of that. Please, always keep an open mind.

I work with a lot of Korean people right now (retail) At first it seemed like they were talking and laughing about me (I heard my name) but after my few first days they all seemed to open up to me and are really nice. I even got invited to a party. So perhaps they are like that to people they don't know (regardless of the race) and eventually open up. (I'm an African am. female) I find it nice that even those who cant speak English very well attempt to greet me.

@itwillbealright Most blacks are not racist towards asians in general. That is very negative for you to say. You defend the Koreans but attack the blacks in a more relaxed way. I can say that EVERYONE does the ching chong. A lot of the movies asians participate in do that and besides that you need to call out the white people who do it too.
