@s36blade no they arent, look very closely at how they are alligned. Its litterally when he says the "T" in 't'wenty three the left part of the screen fades into a live feed.

You can tell it was deffinately a split screen as between 0:10 and 0:13 the camera completely stops moving whilst they reframe up to avoid any glitches obviously a mechanical camera with a preset to go back to how it was before the screen split.

You don't need 2 cameras. One camera, locked-off, and "hand-held" wobble added with a post production tool. Split the screen and freeze the left, while bloke comes on and changes the balls. Go back "live" on the left of the screen after he's done (the exact moment they go back live is when the ball rises. And this is exactly where you'd expect - after the number have come in but before he walks over to the stand).
