Tron Movie Update: Will it be a trilogy?

Tron Legacy may not have been the box office beast it was expected to be, but don't rule out a sequel just yet! We've got the story coming up next!

While it may not have made what Walt Disney was projecting, Tron Legacy still walked away with around $300 Mill after it made its way around the world. And it looks like those may just be the numbers the studio was hoping for when it came time to start talking sequels!

Rumor has Disney is already looking into taking Tron back theaters, with some reports saying the studio may be planning a Trilogy. While it's not yet official, word is they have reportedly have even hired "Lost" writers/co-executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz to put pen to paper.

Olivia Wilde is already getting excited about a Tron Trilogy, saying she'd love to play with Quorra in the Human World and even envisions her whispering to laptops and hugging toasters! Huh, sounds interesting!

You know how Hollywood loves its sequels, prequels and trilogies. So of course this could definitely happen. In fact it kinda already has, "Tron Legacy" itself was in fact a sequel to 1982's "Tron" which starred Jeff Bridges .

The movie left a lot of room for a sequel...like what is going to happen to tron? And kevin flynn? I also kindof want to see flynn sr.'s vintage bike come back into play-that thing was pretty cool. And what about the obvious upcoming romance between cora and sam? I cant wait to see that! A trilogy would be great too--we just have to see what that sequel looks like first!
