    The mayonnaise keeps the yoghurt from splitting. We haven't tried this recipe with soy yoghurt, but since the mayo is important perhaps it's not a great recipe for vegans... How about trying our sweet potato and spinach curry?

    I made this last night. It was fabulous. even my cats like it, the moment I put my bowl on the coffee table they started cleaning the bowl for me. Tonight I have added boiled potato to bulk it up a bit as I ate most of the chicken last night and it makes it even better. Thanks

    I think that the mayo is in there to keep the yoghurt from seperating....I'm sure you wouldnt even be able to taste it
