Tour of GB7YD Repeater cabinet

This is a short tour of the GB7YD cabinet at the South Yorkshire Repeater Group.

The cabinets are bolted down into concrete and are in outside vandal proof cabinets that hold air conditioning, fire alarms and a whole bunch of other stuff to ensure that if the electricity goes down, GB7YD is still operational.

The system is monitored via internet and text messaging ensuring that we know the status of the system at all times.

It is also covered by 4 IP cameras, 3 dogs and some angry spitting geese at the gate who always turn up to greet you now matter what time. One bit the plaster right off my finger. :-(
