  • Yup I noticed that too, GAH, Also it was WAY to slow, yeah it does give it that warm feeling, but to keep it that speed throughout the ENTIRE piece is a bit of over kill, I could see maybe the first few line and then speeding it up, but WAY too draggy, outside of the it was pretty good, the basses kinda died on the last low note too, overall i'd give it a B or B+ :))))

  • i really like this song, and it sounds like you tend to have a nice tone to your choir, but your version seemed very aggressive and the piece in general should be smoother and flow more.

  • the diction is soo good, cuz it probably came with a pronunciation guide, since they're all from singapore. a little slow, but very pretty :)

  • i love how you guys sang this. Most recordings on you tube i have heard are all way too fast! great sound:)

  • @aries9006 - the choir is from Singapore. They're ALL Asian.

  • Way too slow and yet without the flow that this song requires, they lose tuning... I don't see this version as "aggressive" in any way whatsoever. The group's tone could be pleasant, but it's difficult to get past the negatives to appreciate the positives. The guy that gave it a B or B+ is a generous soul.

  • wow...this is the slowest version of this song I've ever heard.

  • This choir did a great job!!! I love this song my highschool (11 yrs ago) sang this song in both chamber and consort choirs.... brings back tons of memories.

  • I think it was a little too slow.

    The accent was strange, too.

I also think it should have flowed a little more...

But these kids are extremely talented, I have absolutely NO doubt about that.
