You remind me of Julia Roberts the way you talk sometimes!! :) haha too cool. Keep being SMART and keep up the good work. You're an inspiration. Thanks for the help!

@ReillyAJ just remember that no one succeeds without failure along the way.

@ieva012 Our bodies are an amazing creation. When we diet and restrict the food we need; binging can occur simply because we are low on food. They can also occur because of a mental restriction of , "I can't have that". So that ends up being exactly what you want!

@ieva012 Our bodies also naturally know when we need to food and when we need to stop. It may take time to relearn the skill of intuitive eating; but I believe by doing so... our bodies will naturally come to the size and shape that is just right for us.
Of course whole, natural foods are best.... our bodies needs than to thrive; but restricting 'bad' foods doesn't do anything but create the urge to binge on them.

Thank you for this video, it really helped. I've recently embraced intuitve eating but it's been SO difficult, I almost found it as stressful as 'dieting', mainly being able to recognise satiety . I'm hoping it'll get easier soon since it's only been a week so far, and HOPEFULLY it'll become such a natural thing I won't even have to think about it.

@smoothseas1 Give yourself plenty of time and don't pressure yourself to do it 'perfectly' all the time. A new habit is built slowly, just one small step at a time ;)

Great video on intuitive eating! I have been doing this for the past 7-8 weeks until a few days ago due to comments from the family scoffing at how slow I was eating. This pushed me right back into binging and gaining 5-7lbs out of the 15 that I had lost :( I find it particularly hard to just be myself, to feel safe, while living back with my family again after my divorce :( I think I will need to heed your advice about journaling! Thanks for your vids. and your soothing voice!
