Battlemaniacs for Sega Master System: Cancelled Battletoads

This is a short video of Battlemaniacs, a Sega Master system port of Battletoads in Battlemaniacs created by Rare, Ltd. for the SNES. It was in development by Virgin Interactive for a European release and cancelled in 1994. It was later released in Brazil by Tec Toy in its unfinished form, shown here.

I haven't seen one of Battlemaniacs, though there are Genesis ports of the original Battletoads, as well as Battletoads & Double Dragon.

@fuckcomments It was a cancelled port (official) but it was released in Brazil by tectoy (the company that used to handle distribution in Brazil)...

@Alianger It has to be. Virgin Interactive also announced it for the Mega Drive. It ended up cancelled before release in the same or similar vein as the Master System version, and TecToy only got interest in acquiring the Master System version.
