Another of the popular Tin Bath trains was run on Sunday 7th November by the Railway Touring Company. The train was routed differently than normal, starting at Preston via Manchester Victoria instead of being routed through Stockport. But according to lineside talk the train was rerouted via Crewe because of a derailment on the Hope Valley line. This train was hauled by LMS Black Five 4-6-0 Nos 45407 & 44871 and is seen at a new location for me, Miles Platting bank.
