The man widely-expected to be Italy's next prime minister, Mario Monti, says he's succeeded in forming a new government and will present his appointments to President Napolitano on Wednesday. Mr Monti's priorities are pushing through economic reforms and regaining the confidence of the financial markets, as Jonathan Josephs reports.

  • Gouging and black mailing are bad economy policies, so Italians must audit those so-called economist rating agencies, like those from Wall St and London, first.

  • Italians need to find out what is being cooked up by bankers and what is not about this debt crisis.
