Your voice is great. You need to work on your mannerisms. I'm sure you have sung this song hundreds of times, but you seem bored while your singing it. That is apparent to the audience. They are walking out as you are singing. The camera angle is terrible. Why aren't you on stage? Work on your "presence" as well. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have some fake musicians in the background as you perform. It would help the overall "presence" of your performance.
