They are both great cars....supra is a legend.... it has one of the best platforms for mods...... but the STI has alot of potential also... the sti i think..i could be wrong..but i think its a bit quicker but supra has more top end power... off the line and in the quarter stock for stock the sti will walk the supra.. but ob a highway run the supra will win...sti would prpbably eat the supra on a track too..but the 2jz is still a beast...

@DcEvoIX STI's have a reputation for a very good reason....they simply beat lots of more expensive and so called "faster" cars, I wouldn't call that over-rated

@WretchedDrake hmm, biased much? i'll agree that the Supra is one of the best 4- wheeled inventions ever, but the wrx sti is still a VERY formidable opponent. before Ken Block got a ford fiesta he had a WRX (heavily modded, still a wrx though) and obviously ken doesn't use any car he would risk his career or his life driving the way he does.

i love both cars, but if i were to buy only one it'd be the subaru, only because here in north idaho, 3' or more snowfall + RWD= traction issues. but i've always liked the supra's body styling a lot more than the wrx, i just can't find anyone who has one that will let go of it :D probably for good reason.
