First, if you haven't seen my disclaimer video yet I reccommend looking it up.

That said, this is an introduction to my thoughts on meditation and its practice. I've mixed together a bit of theory and a bit pf practical information to help people get started.

Enjoy!

  • While I tend not to hold your views, I find your videos very informative and in the least bit, interesting.

  • Wow I can't believe I haven't replied to this one yet. I'll claim that the comment notice fell between the seats in my car... yeah... that's it.

*anyways* I'm glad that you're still enjoying my videos, and of course feel free to toss in your critiques, thoughts, inspirations, and questions. I like a good conversation after all.

  • Finally. I've sifted through several sites looking for a some type of guide for meditation to see how it compares and differs with Celtic centering. I've read about how rewarding and useful it is, but did not recieve a single amount of instruction. x3 Thanks for making this available, Spiritrunner. I found it rather helpful.

  • I am most happy to be of service. While learning (I'm always learning mind you..) I have always found that lack of 'specific' instruction annoying as well.

Have a good'un, thanks for commenting, and I hope you find my (eventual) future vids to be helpful as well!

  • On you neckless? is it a triangle with a circle in it?

  • Not quite. It is a minimalistic rendition of a dragon. In a nutshell, it's a snakelike body (no limbs in other words) in a questionmark-type shape, with wings coming from either side.

  • My two cents on meditation is that

Meditation is the act of thought, whether deep or no. Meditation can be used by the smartest or the...well......Not-so-smart.

  • heehe, yes. i've found that too. "meditation does x, you should meditate!" "good idea! BUT HOW THE FRACK AM i SUPPOSED TO DO IT?!?!" XD

on another topic, great to hear your voice again.

  • This was so interesting SR, meditation is really useful i'd say. I feel really light minded afterwards. Demzly!

  • Oh. Thats cool haha. I was just wondering because the triangle thing means spirit haha.
