The 11Eleven Project aims to unite humanity for one day. On the 11th of November, 2011 (11/11/11), anyone with access to a video film, digital or video camera, a mobile phone, microphone or email is encouraged to participate by capturing a day in the life of their world.

That's people from 196 countries and over 200 different languages coming together to let their voice be heard, and help create a snapshot of life around the world in 2011.

The footage, audio, text, visual and photographic material will be collated and used as the ingredients for a variety of 11Eleven Project initiatives, including a 2-hour cinematic documentary, a photographic book, and world music collection.
