I agree with another poster,that his voice sounds strange and I don't think it's from age..also he seems a bit "up" and I don't remember him being this peppy..very strange

His voice and diction definitely changed a bit following throat cancer and all that went with that.

Peter is 70 years old (as is Mike), has Asperger's and is a cancer survivor. He had a rare form of head and neck cancer that required major surgery. That's why his voice is a bit different. Give him a break, and while you're at it, stuff the homophobic hate speech. It's uncalled for and hateful.

could be..could be..but still i think the show only ran two years right? i started watching their shows as reruns when i was a kid..still watch them today..Really Wish they had made more of them..although i do not tire of watching what exists over and over..

yup Agree..i had a crush on micky but he just did not age as well as peter..still he is nice looking though..two of my sisters saw peter not too long ago..they both brought home pics taken with him..he wasnt wearing his glasses and had very little facial hair..have to say he is actually cuter now than back when the show was filmed..he looks a bit old with that beard and his glasses in this particular vid..but his skin looks so youthful in spite of those two elements..

I see your point Paramiti, but I doubt the Monkees could have succeeded without such amazing songwriters as Boyce and Hart. The TV show would have still been lots of fun, but I wonder if the show would have lasted very long without these fantastically crafted and written pop songs. Of course we'll never know for sure:)

When I was a boy in the 1960s, I had the hugest crush on Peter Tork-lol I thought he was totally the best looking Monkee. Peter really kept his looks over the years didn't he! He seems every bit as handsome now, as when he was a young man:)

Peter Tork is still a great musician and person. After meeting and working with him several times, I can't ask for anyone any better. Class act, class guy!!!
