The Sinatra purist would likely disapprove of any covers but Steve Tyrell and his band are are good as it gets. I dare say that Frank himself would have been impressed by this slick performance. I dig the beatnik at the back on the bass.

Beautiful music from a really wonderful man....more, more, more., I saw Steve at Jazz Alley in Seattle a year ago and just fell in love with this sincerely kind and musical man. Have all the cd's....waiting for more. Katie is right, more sinatra.

I love all the critical comments by all the experts (lol) criticizing the talented people who have made it. Why don't you guys go out and do for yourselves instead of being critical of people who have done so. This guy is celebrating Sinatra and all he gave us and Sinatra is probably smiling down and giving him a thumbs up.

Thank goodness there was only one Sinatra. That guy had great songs, but couldn't stay on pitch if his life depended on it. Thank goodness for Steve Tyrell who takes on the great songs of Sinatra and definitely one ups him! Barry Manilow can do it too, and if that's your friends definition of Hell then bring it on!!!
