@eamonob84 Everything was already sharp. Everything was perfect and beautiful except for those two sweeps. All the other karate demos (and also team kata finals) by professionals I've seen uses actual leverage without the assistance from the receiver for their sweeps.

@ZirthDrince yeah, but it was a demonstration and it looks like they may have been scored on it, so it doesn't surprise me they were trying to make it look extra sharp.

I was there with my kids team (Shorin-ryu Reihokan) and got to see this demo in person. It was absolutely amazing.

I don't like the "when-you-sweep-this-leg-I'll-jump-with-my-other-leg" to make the fall more dramatic. Real sweeps don't need assisted jump by the receiver.

Very very strong and powerful bunkai, contratulations to this guys.
Was that in a competition or an exhibition? I ask because they are not wearing the competition obi's.
