Learn about the terrifying loophole that is allowing registered sexual offenders, pedophiles and convicted violate felons to obtain custody and unmonitored visitation of their children. I doubt the sex offenders will be able to get full custody. It's up to the judge. It's highly doubtful that 'they' would even be given the right to see the child unsupervised.

Because a sex offender is not required to disclose that information in family law, and may have married without providing that info to their new spouse, family law would not know that this situation exists and would take no action to put in place extra measures of safety. As I stated in the video, I have often on radio calls, as a police officer, before my retirement learned that the spouse/partner was completely unaware of the criminal history of the person they were married to.

He suffers from depression, has auditory halucinations, and admits to me he does this because he doesn't want his father to phyically abuse him any more. This and other forms of abuse have been reported to the school teachers, counselors, police, and other mandated reporters and their response have been "it not like he is being put on a hot stove or being burnmed with cigarettes." This is absolute insanity.
