Old Super 8 movie film, done before consumer camcorders, computers, and special effects software. Used similar methods like Ray Harryhausen. Stop motion puppet in front of projection screen. Projected previously filmed person in background onto screen and then frame by frame, animated puppet to match person's movement. Everything done in-camera including backwinding and double exposures for the animated ray gun beam and smoke. Of course, grainy, amatuer looking, and rough. Like I said, this is old stuff.
That was actually VERY well done, BRAVO!! Three cheers for old school filmmaking, DAMMIT!!!!...;)

Heh heh...terrific. The only time I tried to project 8mm on an RP screen (with a thoroughly trashed GAF projector) I totally melted the film! Click on my name for some of my old animation. Not nearly as great as Lio's!
