Jungle music over the used tried a hand at adding classical music scores into the mix, here are three examples in a 10minute mix I made for the people who like to look back at the old dance club scene years of the 90s. Who says you should not play them again these days, if not people prefer it seems.

He is saying Lighter because that is what they do at some raves where people hold their lighters to probably so they some dope or something.
