I think if you learn a little more and dig a little deeper... you will not be so willing to say that WholeFood's is not an enemy. All of this aside... they certainly have proven to be in many more ways than one.

@Gr8stuffis I've no doubt you may be right about that, although few of us would want to trade Whole Foods for Safeway! I get even MORE upset though with smaller local stores that are supposed to care about us and put profit before organic -- and following in the steps of WFM, they charge $7/lb. for the food bar in which there is NOTHING organic and don't care even when they KNOW that Roundup was being used for products they are selling. I AM SO SICK OF THIS MINDSET THAT PROFIT IS THE BOTTOM LINE

@Deradune Amen to that Deradune. Remind me to show you all the photos i have of irradiated ORGANIC apples that Wholecrapfood has sold to me over the years, that they gave me store coupons, aka, hush money as compensation for. GMO canola and soy seems to be the main criteria for their picking the food they are feeding the unsuspecting customers who only have a superficial knowledge of what truly healthy choices are. Please get the word out to anyone in California that Ronnie Cummings is in need of foot soldiers to get GMO labeling put on the ballot there in November. The hope is that as California goes, so will the nation, with regard to GMO labeling. Why are we one of the few countries in the world that GMO is not on the label? Even if you don't live in California, donations for the fight would be appreciated, as well as getting the word out to anyone that might know someone in California.
