I have just completed 3 additional tests with wonderous results...I am mapping those results on my whiteboard...time to take it to the next level! 800ml per minute now...with a leaking cell! I can probably get my 1 LPM tomorrow and go ahead with plate redesign!

You are as right as rain! They were shorted...They must have moved closer together when I dropped them on the table, but they are back to producing 500ml/min...I really have to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am sooooooo happy!!! Thank you again!

I'll go check right now...results to follow!

looks like your plates are shorted

Hi James. Please search "A type of Battery." It's not HHO, but it seems to be a promising source of energy. When I have the chance ( between jobs right now, and I don't have the nice workshop you have ), I am going to make one of these. The potential energy from this device is in excess of 20,000 volts. Simple to make too; let me know what you think!

Research underway...
The "workshop" is actually just a corner of the garage my better half lets me use...I find myself having to make due with some tools that are not designed for purposes I am using them for...I want more big boy tools! Thanks for the complement though.

Are you using neutral plates in the middle and connecting your leads only to each side ? If you are I think you have too many neutral plates try only 3 or 4 neutral plates so your cell will have 5 or six plates total .This divides your voltage by the amount of spaces and you will have 12 volts divided by 4 spaces is 3volts per space in a 5 plate cell. If you have a six plate cell and 5 spaces the voltage is divided by 5 spaces which is 2.4 volts .I hope this helps you . John U .

Actually, I use the positive/negative 8 plate design with no neutrals...I found that I had shorted them out, thanks to a comment I received last night, and once I corrected the problem, they went right back to producing! Thank you for the idea and comment.
