Ah interesting and pretty cool. Like having 2 PTOs. I looked online before and it seems that it's easy to get various PTO adapters. The transfer case approach sounds even more versatile.

Pretty cool that the chipper runs off of the PTO. What transmission is it? I have a Detroit Diesel 8.2T bolted to an Allision AT545 Transmission which also has a PTO rated at 200 lb ft continuous torque with bursts up to 250 lb ft of torque. I really want to use that PTO for something.

Hi there! The chipper runs from a transfer case. Kinda like a 4x4. PTO powers the dump. It has a 5 speed manual transmission. Not sure what kind. The thing chips good with all that power behind it!
