no, well...yes and no.
it's a VERY low geared crawler...and he's just showing how slow the wheels turn at 1200rpm. it's not intentionally there to show a "burnout" just how slow it'll spin. i'm assuming he's either doing a rear dig....or is butted against a wall...can't see the fronts to tell
