In this video, Josh is shooting a cut down Brazilian made 12 gauge shotgun. The barrel length is 11 inches. Stock is cut to a pistol grip.

This firearm is legally registered with the BATF as an NFA firearm and complies with all state and local laws. The gun was fired under adult supervision with a safe backstop and proper safety gear.

  • After so many videos of folks injuring themselves with recoil, it was a relief to see this guy do it right.

  • It's a registered NFA weapon and 100% legal. I bought it years ago for a couple hundred bucks, they are still readily available but the prices are quite a bit higher now.

  • @eRepair It seems like you deleted my comment so I don't remember what was said, however I'm pretty sure I was talking to KUSHandEVERCLEAR on him being a idiot for having a unregistered SBS.

I realize the weapon in this video is totally legal (in like 35 states IIRC), I plan on getting one in 20ga someday.

As I said in a previous comment. This is a legally owned, ATF registered short barreled shotgun. The gun was cut down by a class three manufacturer and I paid for the ATF tax stamp and have all the required paperwork.

It's legal to own and shoot these guns as long as all state and federal laws are adhered to. This video contains nothing illegal and the gun was legally shot on private property.

    No idiots involved.

  • @FranciscoSRO2 Yes and No. A regular gunsmith cannot legally cut the barrel of a shotgun below 18". A gunsmith who is also a class 3 manufacturer CAN legally cut the barrel to any length desired. However, the firearm must be registered with the ATF. Not registering the gun before it's modified can/will result in a 10 year prison sentence.

  • @eRepair hey its ilegal to buy a remington side by side shotgun and cut the barrels in a gunsmith?

  • those things are illegal you know
