We are over all responsible for all that we do and accept. But at the same time your choices are limited threw lack of and when you know it's other behind your suffering the picture is different. To blame is 1 thing but facts or another.

Same thing with South American drugs. It's pretty well known how Reagan used the CIA to smuggle drugs into America (particularly into Mena, Arkansas, under the supervision of then-governor Bill Clinton) to pay for their private wars in South America. What's somewhat less known is that they did the same thing here in Georgia and throughout the South, often with the full blessings of our local governments. Anyone who complained or competed with them stood a very good chance of being eliminated.

i don't think they care if the people are drugged down or not. my guess is that they didn't destroy the crops because they are worth a lot of money.
