Highlights of David Andersen's beginning with the Houston Rockets
David Emil Andersen (born June 23, 1980 in Carlton, Victoria) is an Australian professional basketball player. He also holds a Danish passport. He is 7 ft (2.13m) tall. He is currently with the Houston Rockets.
Andersen was selected by the Atlanta Hawks with the 37th draft pick in the 2002 NBA Draft. On July 14, 2009, his NBA draft rights were traded from the Atlanta Hawks to the Houston Rockets for $2 million cash and a future second round draft pick. The Rockets then paid a $500,000 contract buyout to Andersen's Spanish club FC Barcelona. Andersen then signed a 3 year contract with the Rockets worth $7.5 million, with the third year of the contract being a team option.

Anderson deserves a lot more minutes than he gets. i mean when you've got a big man with that shooting range you should put hi on the floor cause most big men wont know how to gaurd him.
