The American Civil Liberties Union of Washington has launched a multimedia public-education campaign on the country's marijuana laws and their impact on taxpayers, communities and those arrested.

As part of this effort, travel guru Rick Steves hosts this infomercial-style panel discussion produced by the Washington ACLU.

We were just kids, having some fun. They "caught " us with four joints. His public defender said he had a friend who was a recruiter. Two years in the army and this "drug thing" would go away. My lawyer said they were full of shit so i didn't take the deal and yes, I believe that my life DID take an alternate path as a result. On the other hand Ritchie was killed in a rice paddy.
