Daspletosaurus Test

Gday,

I'm back with another short test. One day I'll have to finish something, although for the time being I haven't had time for animation with uni in the way. Although hopefully I'll upload a finished film for next year.

This is just a short test of my daspletosaurus puppet. I tried to get the puppet to feel as though it had some weight when it walk (which was really the main aim in this test). I did this by mostly shooting on 2's for the frames where the leg would move slowly. I think it cam out alright, if not a fraction jerky. The puppet itself though it a dream to animate. The ball and socket joints in the legs really help compared to wire. Hopefully, I'll do a more complete animation with it next year

You many notice that there is no real story line. This is because I have just done these clips with stock footage I gathered and so it doesn't really have a story; it's just a test of my animation of a larger animal.

No prob...i used to do alot of "TEST" vids...but i guess its time just to learn as I go and start producing my propose project...cuz after awhile, you start looking through here and the quality of videos that are getting good response...and on top of that, and to do it before everyone catches up to your skills...hmm, hopefully i made sense...oh, well, happy holidays,
