I was at this game it was hilarious. our local news guy went through the replay and was like " i guess the water was nastey, that stick was defective, so was that one and that one and i gues he through the bags in for GP"

i have to lean more towards the 20 min time frame man it took them atleast 5 min to sort out the penalties.
