WOW...I thought Bobby Day recorded first and Thurston Harris made it popular. I do like Frankie Lymons version better though. Too many people have redone this song, though. Huey Lewis, Aaron Carter (WTF).

@mulder19x95 Did you happen to notice that she didn't say Frankie Lymon wrote it, only that she liked his VERSION best. I think it's sickening how easily people get mean and insulting on the internet. You should be ashamed of yourself. You don't even know the person you called a dumbass and it's such a insignificant thing. You must be perfect, oh wait that was Jesus. You're no better than the rest of us. And I agree, Frankie Lymon's version is the best, that is until Huey Lewis did it.
