Yo creo que es el único baile donde pueden bailar 2 personas del mismo sexo, por cosas de la sociedad y eso si fuera otro baile la gente lo vería horrible.

This is not tango, it`s habanera, one of the roots of tango (the other is milonga). The song is Tango Lunaire, from the argentinian composer Lalo Schiffrin, and the two dancers are Cecilia Narovna and Mia Maestro (with white dress). And the scene, well, it's pure beauty.
