A brief video introduction to Vampire: The Eternal Struggle - A collectible card game created by Richard Garfield...the second oldest CCG in existence, first published in 1994, it continues to be published and attracts a very dedicated following to this day.

  • the card game part of it doesn't remind me at all of go! the pool management part of it does - reminds me of the balance between playing for maximum security and maximum area in go...too far in either direction, and you're doomed, just like with spending pool. :)

  • this game is great, really, its the best tcg game ever,the problem is that is very difficult to learn,you need at least 4 people to play ,and its more of a cult nitche underground game than a competitive game like magic.For multiplayer this is the king of tcgs.

    Started playing vtes 6-7 years ago and I can definetely agree on that it's the best card game ever.

  • Reminds of game of Go? Wow that caugh me with surprice. I play Go myself and am a WOD fan. And the closest go club runs in a bar at the same time as VTES club! And I did not have a clue about any relation! None the Go players play VTES and none the VTES players play Go. :P
