THANKS, Chef AJ! Try subbing blackcurrant juice (not cheap) for the pom juice for an even richer flavor. Also, go heavy on the dates and throw in a celery rib in addition to the spinach for a slight "sweet-and-salty" flavor (like a chocolate-covered pretzel!); you don't taste the celery itself. I like to tweak. :)
I tried with frozen wild blueberries and the berry blend you mentioned (available at TJ's) on another video; both are excellent.
