Dude! They need a great offensive coach and that Norm chow. Charger got the defensive already and they don't need someone new to mess it all up. Norm Chow is the reason USC lost the 2005 and 2006 season.

The dumbest move in USC history by far! Who the hell throw away a notional offensive star? Who? Check Norm chow history and know this dude is a keeper.

I still feel that ultimately Carroll will end up with the job (and that means that AJ Smith will end up losing his as GM). Perhaps Carroll will bring Chow over as his Offensive COordinator?

Guess you were a little off on Wade Phillips...AJ Smith is an idiot. A product of John Butler in Buffalo and Marty Schottenheimer currently. Pete Carroll isn't the best coach in the country, not even close. It's easy to win with the shelf stocked. See Norv this year or even Wade Phillips. Bob Stoops is the best college coach in the nation.

yep-hindsite my friends, we all knew Marty could'nt win the big ones, not even with Joe Montana in KC. But now its late November and were in the middle of a season that looks like we might win our division only to once again loose in the first round. At least with Marty, i was prowd to wear my Charger stuff, at least untill the playoffs

I think Carroll and Chow hate each other. That why Carroll let Chow leave USC in the first place.

The only good people that are on that list are Carroll who is a great defensive coach and Norm Chow who is a great offensive coach. One big problem is that Carroll ain't going leave USC, but Norm Chow can leave Titan anyday. Let just hope for the best.
