so if i wanted to make yakisoba,which of those 5 bottles should i use?also,fried rice(or do i use the same soy sauce for it)?my parents' anniversary is in a few days so i wanted to make yakisoba with fried rice n tonkatsu for them,but i dont know which soy sauce would be the best best choice :/

I think umami is more accurately but still roughly translated to "good flavor," not "delicious." うまい (umai) = delicious; the kanji 味 = flavor or taste; put 'em together you get うま味 (umami) = pleasant flavor.
