There are basically two ways to get rich. The right way is to create wealth developing natural resources or providing useful services to those who do, like farmers growing more food say. The wrong way is to use coercive political power to steal wealth from those who create wealth giving them nothing in return, for example starving 20 million Ukrainian farmers to steal their food to sell like Stalin did which leads to everybody stealing from each other and nobody making anything new to steal.
