  • what was the time interval between taking pictures?

  • This one was shot at about 1 frame every 5 seconds. I used a screen capture program to snap the shots using a cheap webcam - which is why the video quality is so poor. :-)

  • That's a good analogy - the atmosphere flows very much like water, the only real difference being its density. As a fellow cloud watcher I'm sure you've already figured this out, but its surprising how many people don't make the connection. Anyone who flies (pilots especially) understand this all too well. Thanks for watching/commenting :D
