  • Excellent video! Thank you.

  • Thanks so much for the view and nice comment :-) Glad you enjoyed the show!

  • Love da Pics!!! Nice Work!! Question tho...what camera did you use?? i would love to try taking pics like that of our busy freeway traffic.....

  • This is one of my oldest ones. The newer ones are much better quality. All of the footage in this video was frame captured from MiniDV tape, shot on a JCV camcorder.

Nowadays I use a Canon 5S-is and Canon SX10-is to capture all my sequences, frame-by-frame in HD. The SX10 can be picked-up at WalMart for under $400. =)

  • love the beach part

  • Thanks for stopping by to check it out :-) Yea, I gotta do more ocean stuff. This is one of my very first scenery vids - my newer stuff is WAY better, including 720p HD if you have a fast connection and like to watch fullscreen stuff like this. Enjoy!.

  • ha ha...and I still record on tape,and wear a wind-up watch.Call me Mr Analog!

  • Not to worry - I'll leave all the old stuff online too. I kept the old "Stitching the Sky" video online when I uploaded the new HD version. There are just some aspects of the originals that aren't the same, even with new technology, resolution and footage. :-) I'm also looking into Blu-Ray authoring and releasing a DVD with the full 1080p versions of my newer stuff =) ...should be fun!

  • ok....so when you make the new one, don't throw this one away...send it to me! :o)

  • This was one of my very first time lapse "nature" vids - I was really just experimenting and doing a LOT of learning. The newer stuff is much better and I was thinking of re-doing these older ones. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for watching! :-)
