Haha they put these phones on my school bus. But there CDMA one since i live in a really rural area and the service is from a local company. But we get service even if we go in to the citys with it and canada even tho its roaming. But better service then my Droid. But would never give up my droid.

@w4csc It has a 2 watt signal booster that only works when the non boosted service becomes too weak.

It's NOT TWO WATTS! I owned one for about a week. It's the same board ....and the same 150mw of power....as the current crop of Motorola handsets.
The carriers would never allow its activation if it ran 2 watts as it would screw up a whole bunch of towers at once. I was never convinced the antenna was actually the antenna. I think the whole phone is inside the box behind the keyboard. Notice how the little candybar phone LOOKS like a candy bar phone glued to the big box.
I returned mine.

Yay! Finally, a modern cell phone that has the power of the original Motorola Bag Phone! I didn't know these phones have 2 watts of power! I was told they just have 0.6 watts! Thanks dor posting!
