Anyway, Bank of America decided to pretend that I never established a checking account with them!! This is seriously LOL! I HAD PAID BILLS BEFORE, WHY WOULD MY CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION RANDOMLY DISAPPEAR? IS IT BECAUSE BANK OF AMERICA THINKS UP NEW AND INTERESTING SCAMS TO CHARGE YOU FEES FOR EVERYDAY???

Bank of America is CRIMINAL. Besides all the things they do to credit cards, they are the MAIN PERPETRATOR of Foreclosure Fraud, throwing people out of their homes by forging the documents. DEMAND that your bank produce YOUR ORIGINAL mortgage note with your "wet ink" signature (a copy is insufficient, just like a copy of a dollar bill is not a dollar). If the bank cannot produce YOUR original signed note, they can be sued for the mortgage amount +3 times the amt. They've been caught FORGING.

I'm sorry to say but I love your BOA stories: They are educational and truthful in how things are done in the large corporate world of banking in regards to the everyday consumer/client of their products. Did you ever get your $400 back?? I hope you did. I mean, that is just horrible.$400 is NOT a small fee,I don't care if your a billionaire.$400 is still money, not like a penny that you can find on the floor.BOA are crooks,LAZY BUMS, thieves and just SCUM!

Stick to small credit unions. Not only do you hurt big banks if we all were to take our business elsewhere but small credit unions are more personable, have better customer service, & they are FDIC protected. My credit union has overdraft protection, give me a solid interest rate on my accounts & I'm more likely to get a loan with them than with BOA, Wakovia, etc. We've bailed them out & now they're paying billions to their CEO's & holding out on loans for us. It's time to take a stand!! F them.

Im pay my credit card by phone. Im have code confirmation. They take the money from my bank account. But now they call me all day because im not pay. I have evidence that paid its was retired from my bank account. Their name banks is register in the system bank and bank account monthly statement. Bank Of america are liar only want generate big interest to clients and obligate paid doble their billing when people paid on time.

yea i got 3 fucking overdraft fees from Bof A......my friend wired me money in time.....and i used my debit....but since my shit was PENDING....BAM!!!!!
