is it a playback? The boys do not move the mouth at the same time with the song. The song is a polish carol, maybe "Jezus malusienski"

I'm not sure if the original recording was lip synced to a studio recording, or if the process of transfering the video from VHS to a computer file to a YouTube video has resulted in the audio-visual sync being messed up
