Do all the exercises 10 times then 2-3min after do all 9 times,8,7,6,5,4,3,2 and after try again to do 10 times for the final set !!!
Faites 10reps a chaque exercices et reposez-vous 2-3min après refaites la mm choses 8 fois 7 fois ,6,5,4,3,2 avec une pause a la fin de chaque circuit et refaites un circuit de 10 pr le dernier.... vs aurez autant mal qu'un gladiateur lors de son entrainement au ludus
