@unholymethod It's not like this is serious music or anything,but the basic premise of what your saying contradicts itself. music is creation, so even a kid banging on pots and pans is creation, even if it has no rhythmic or melodic structure. It's a kid experimenting with the creation of noise. If the only definition of music your using is that it's creation then this is music. I have no idea why you would post this on something that was just put up for fun.

Music is an art and if you like your creation well enough to share with others and then they tend to like it as much as well to listen to it repetitively then you have a popular thing going on here. So music is something passed on that people like to listen to weather it sounds like "stoned kids fucking up soundtracks."

effects/plug-ins only sound the way you program them to sound. dblue did an incredible service to the electronic music community with this plugin. the ease in which the laziest programmer can chop and dice tracks means the guys at the top of the heap have to work that much harder to keep the rest of us amazed. bravo. glitch, in a perhaps indirect way, has pushed the evolution of electronic music forward.

What pile of fucking idiots argue the uses of a freeware VST? Yeah, you can hear it used straight away in a track unless you get creative with it but you can do the same with presets from any commercial plug or synth. It's a great VST that costs fuck all and deserves to be explored, automated and abused. I use it in noise to create underlying rhythms and textures but I don't give a fuck who knows it since I'm not up my own arse like so many people on here.
