  • The lies from the "right" are not only damaging but they're disgusting.

  • Why does everyone always have to insult Britney? :(

  • This is a false religious issue plied by republicans to win votes and make an issue that was always there all along but quietly. For Gays it's about justice and it's progeny equality. So when weighed in "under the law" it will be be won by the Gays, and alternately when tried "under God" the republicans will loose, because God conspicuously loves gays. God creates some everyday, and takes them back home too. (The Bible defines Satan as the Accuser. Watch out GOP, 'cause Satan's set to burn soon)

  • Amazing to see how the media narrative on this has changed. As evidence by this clip, the prevailing common wisdom in the media back in 2004 was "Marriage is between a man and a woman and we're going to make anyone who disagrees with that look like an idiot." You can see it in the very leading questions Blitzer asks both Karel and Knight. Nowadays, Knight wouldn't even be brought on, since he's such a bigot. It would be a dicussion between Karel and Jeffrey Toobin

  • If I wanted to marry another man, damn, I would be way more pissed than men like Karel.

    Bravo for keeping his cool.

  • If you ARE a bigot, then THAT makes you a bigot. Someone breaking the Golden Rule constantly, and even defending that IS a bigot.

Don't want to be called a bigot? Don't be one!

Don't like gay marriage? Don't get married to someone of the same sex!

Want to be left alone about your weird beliefs? Keep them to yourself.

Don't want to be laughed at? Don't insist on constantly giving people REASONS to laugh at you!

Don't like EQUALITY? Tough shit! Endure, poor fool!

  • Karel you are the man and articulate your points so well that it's clear Robert is in the wrong. I mean he pretty much broke when he said gay marriage is a tragedy and it leads to shorter lives and damages the union of marriage. What about the male in his twenties who is portrayed so positively as being a "player" and sleeping with tons of girls? When he contracts an STD it's because he wasn't careful enough, but when it happens to someone like Freddy Mercury it's because he was gay.

  • Robert Knight is an ignorant, homophobic CUNT!

  • "No, I don't because I think homosexuality is tragic. It takes lives early, it shortens the idea of family life..." What a scumbag zealot. No fucking clue.
