it amazes me how indoor exercise robs the body of fresh air and nature...go kayaking, walking, hiking, skating, skiing and you will get the same results without spending tons of money.

For me the main thing is that working out is boring for me, this machine is fun, I love swimming and this gives me that kind of effect, my whole body is moving and it's a completely different experience, there are very inexpensive models that can be had, this is a more expensive model, but it is sweet!
