Wow! I thought that some of the "mild" homophobic comments at Berkeley High School (in Berkeley CA), where I am a teacher, were hard to hear (and even harder on the LGBTQ students and staff)- What you overcame shows such strength. I look forward to seeing your more recent posts.

@aaron31967 I came out right after I tried to kill myself and lived. He blamed my mom and didn't talk to either of us for two weeks. Then he just went to pretending nothing ever happened. To this day he ignores the fact.
