Here I demonstrate one of the best exercises known to man-the Turkish Get-Up-using a 32kg kettle bell. It's a whole body exercise with emphasis on core and shoulder strengthening. Can be done with a dumbbell too. Form is more important than the weight you use, so I highly recommend watching this and similar videos a few times before trying it.
Typical Crossfiter. BUTCHERING a basic exercise. Took his core out of the equation by using his left hand and arm to even sit up. Then when he was setting it down does so in probably one of the worst ways possible.

careful with your shoulder when putting the kb down! try lowering it to your chest and rolling to the side instead
