WOW ... sooooo life-like awesome !!!! =)
You can order Neoprene from Critical Coating or Chicago Latex , a Division of Spartan Adhesive. The first one has better prices. I am using rigid or semi-rigid formula.Important note: Liquide Neoprene can not be shipped during the winter months, if it is exposed to freezing temperatures it will perish.

These are insanely beautiful and you are such a talented sculptor! Are these not good for people with a latex allergy?

Do you use a release agent on the plaster before you pour the neoprene?
I've never used neoprene before and it seems like a very good solution for what I am looking for. Your sculpture and other work is fantastic, thank you.

@kevinkauffmanpottery No, I do not use any release agents.

could someone explain how to keep the mask from getting stuck in the plaster?

@TheSKYizFalling I am just guessing that you are trying to preserve your original sculpture (mask) after making the plaster mold. If you watch my video very closely you will see that my original is already broken. Very often I have to destroy my clay sculpture completely. I have to scoop out clay from the plaster mold with the wire loop tool.
Do not try to preserve your clay sculpture. The plaster mold is the most important part that you will use to create neoprene mask.
