This is version 1.5, foam tenders were in the station by default. There is a thread on emergency planet showing you how to change the vehicles in the station in the newer v1.9.

Just double click the downloaded .exe file to install it. To remove use the mod installer under programs/wizard works.

i downloaded the mod but when i go to play the game its not there and i go under modicfications in the main menu and it doesnt say anything about it...help me!!!
